After years of successful commercial delivery through Clearcon, Steve and Kevin launched Clear Projects to bring that same level of service to townhouse and residential builds. Their goal was simple, offer a streamlined, transparent process for people wanting a reliable builder they could trust.
Since then, Clear Projects has grown through repeat clients, referrals, and a strong reputation for quality outcomes.

Kevin is a co-founder of Clearcon Pty Ltd, which he has grown over the past decade into the respected commercial construction firm it is today. As co-founder of Clear Projects, he has expanded the Clearcon Group’s capabilities into the custom home and townhouse market, bringing the same commitment to quality, reliability, and client-focused service that has defined Clearcon’s success for more than 10 years.
Steven Tyrrell
Managing Director & Co-Founder
Steven leads Clear Projects with a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of custom home and townhouse construction. As co-founder and Managing Director, he brings more than 17 years of experience across every stage of residential building, having delivered countless projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and achieving the best outcomes for clients.
